To participate live in our online Mat Pilates classes you will need to use an application called Zoom. It's easy!

You can download Zoom, but you don't have to. Use the links below to download Zoom on your device.

When you book one of our Live-Streamed Classes, you will get an email confirming the booking that looks something like this:

As you can see, the email booking confirmation provides you with the link (or "URL") you need to join the class. 5 minutes before the class is due to start, just click the link and you will join us on Zoom. (You may have to click again to "open in Zoom" or similar)
