OPENING TIMES

We opened our Stratford studio in 2016 when we outgrew our former premises at the Healthcare Centre.

The new Pilates Place is in Payton House, in a quiet courtyard on Guild Street in the town centre. At this convenient and private location, our members benefit from a bespoke, fully-featured, light and airy Pilates studio featuring all the equipment you need: Cadillac, Reformers, Combo Chairs, Ladder Barrel, a ballet barre, mirrors, mats, and loads of small apparatus.

Please use the menu (on the left) to explore the range of services we offer. If you already know what you're looking for, click the button below to make your booking online.
