30 minutes - Free - No obligation

The Initial Assessment is a private session to introduce you to the studio and evaluate
your level of ability. We use what we learn to
 build your bespoke exercise programme.

Up to 60 minutes - £59


Our Starter Package is perfect for those who are completely new to Pilates.

Includes your Initial Assessment, plus 3 further 1-to-1 sessions.


Commit to regular Pilates practice with the membership  that suits your needs.

Pay monthly for a 12-month My Time Membership package - or choose 1-to-1 lessons.

Four 60 minute sessions - £199

I have been suffering with polymyalgia rhuematica (multiple muscle pain) for a number of years. Doing Pilates has helped to keep my muscles working and prevented them from seizing up. With the help of the instructors, the exercises can be tailored within the constraints of my body. I try to go 3 times a week to maintain mobility.

About Pilates Place

Pilates Place was founded in 2004 by Peta Davies. Since then, her knowledge and experience has attracted hundreds of people to the Pilates Place family at our bespoke studio in Stratford upon Avon.

We offer a wide range of Pilates classes and programmes, from challenging Barre Pilates classes to private Pilates for rehabilitation after surgery.
